1. About these terms
These terms govern use of cahillbrand.co.uk and any Cahillbrand online service made available through or linked from it, including CahillPulse and CahillBase. The site is operated by Cahillbrand Ltd, company number 10029421, whose registered office is Arlington House, West Station Business Park, Spital Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 6FF.
These terms do not govern paid client services. Paid work is governed by the proposal, agreement and client terms accepted for that project.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful information, evaluation and contact purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or evade security or rate limits;
- use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaks the law;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract substantial content except through ordinary search-engine indexing or with written permission;
- misrepresent Cahillbrand content or use it to suggest an endorsement that has not been given; or
- submit a website to CahillPulse where you are not entitled to test or analyse it.
3. Information, articles and third-party links
Website content is general information, not legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice. It may not reflect your particular circumstances and may become outdated. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on it for an important decision.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
4. CahillPulse
CahillPulse is an automated, indicative website audit. Its checks are limited by the information available at the time, the audit configuration and technical factors outside our control. Results may include false positives, false negatives or recommendations that are unsuitable for a particular website.
A CahillPulse score is not certification and does not guarantee accessibility, security, legal compliance, search ranking, performance, sales or business results. It does not replace a manual technical, accessibility, security or legal review.
We may impose limits, reject a submission, suspend access or change or withdraw CahillPulse. You remain responsible for any action taken in response to a report.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Cahillbrand owns or licenses the site, its design, branding, software and original content. You may view pages and print or save reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference. No other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
Names, logos and testimonials belonging to clients or reviewers remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials describe the individual reviewer’s experience and do not promise that another client will achieve the same result. Portfolio examples may have changed after handover and may include third-party work or later client changes.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cahillbrand is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on free website content or a free CahillPulse report.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Any non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be handled in accordance with the choices presented on the site.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update the site and these terms. The current version will be published with its update date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere; otherwise they will have exclusive jurisdiction.
